The McGaw Medical Center hospitals and outpatient departments operate active plastic surgery clinics, including a multidisciplinary cleft palate teams. It is fully functional, and a one-stop shop for all plastic surgery specialties. During this rotation blocks, residents focus on the apprentice model, rotating with exposure to the full spectrum of plastic surgery, including microsurgery.
